Should I change my name from George to James?

My son Matthew (currently my first choice for running mate) mentioned that the most common first name for a President is James, or some variant of the name James. James Madison, James Monroe, James Polk, James Buchanan, James Garfield, and, Jimmy Carter are all examples of this.

So I was thinking that maybe I should change my name from George to James. If I did this, it should increase my chances of winning the election in 2008.

That would add to a long list of things that I already have going for me, including my perfect platform!

Here are some other things that I would have in common with past presidents:

All of the presidents have had a sibling.

All U.S. Presidents have worn glasses.

No President has ever died in the month of May. (so far so good)

Changing my name from George to James might just be the final piece of the puzzle. I can see the headling now:

"James Manty wins 2008 election in a landslide victory... Attributes success to name change..."

Of course, two out of the last three Presidents have been named George. Maybe I should just be safe and change my middle name to James. Something to think about...
